There's an interesting article in tomorrow's Washington Post "Sunday Source" section about fixing up your cubicle at work to be...I don't know, more interesting? stylish? Whatever, it got me thinking that I need to do something about my office at work. It's huge but pretty boring. I do have a lovely framed print of Lake Banff on one wall and a vase of pretty fake flowers on the credenza but that's about it. So I was thinking of starting with desk accessories: e.g. pencil/pen cup, tape dispenser, etc. Anyone know a good place to buy interesting desk accessories? I don't think Office Depot has what I'm looking for, but I could be wrong. I was thinking of stuff maybe a little more feminine. The article suggested www.seejanework.com but I was wondering if anyone knows any other places to look.

Maybe someplace like The Container Store?

Yeah, that was the other place the article mentioned! I have to check if they do mail-order since I don't feel like trekking down to the store...

Russell and Hazel.

Actually, I bought stuff for my cube from Target, because it's a lot cheaper that way, and I'm, you know, thrifty. I gawk at Russell and Hazel, then buy from Target. A lot of my life is like that.
